Centranthus Ruber Coccineus seeds are also known as Keys of Heaven and Red Valerian seeds. Medicinal Properties:Sometimes confused for true Valerian, this herb has no medicinal value. Young leaves can be added sparingly to salads or cooked as greens. Planting Instructions:Sow Jupiter's Beard seed indoors in starter trays 6 - 8 weeks before the end of the frost season.
