Patent leather shoes with elegant buckles dressed up any outfit. But if you couldn't afford that, ready-made clip-on buckles, baubles and ribbons made it easy to take a plain pump or flat shoe and create just the right look. This shoe will be shipped to you next business day with COA, original box, and packing. It is in new condition with no flea bites, scuffs, or damaged paint and is in a non-smoking environment. I practice safe shipping as these shoes are soooo fragile. Shoes made in 2011 and 2012 were never issued COA's. In 2013, COA's started being issued again. The shoe pictured in my listing is the actual shoe you will be purchasing and not just a display so please look closely at pictures as I want you to know exactly what you are buying.
