These measure 21" high with a 3.5" heel (about 16.5" from bottom of zipper to top of boot); the upper leg opening is about 13-14 inches and is slightly adjustable via the tightening of the laces. Women's size 8.5 Very good condition-- overall nice look, one snag in the lace near the heel of one boot (see photos--we priced accordingly), no scuffing, heels are good but for one tiny dent, vinyl part has one tiny nick upon close inspection, bottoms of soles look only vaguely worn-- please see photos!
