Pattern is included in this listing and is inside a complete Sept/Oct 2008 Fons & Porter Love of Quilting Magazine. Partial backing fabric is included---the pattern calls for 5 yards and we are including 2 pieces of Kalamkari patterned fabric for a pieced background. One of the pieces is 2.58 yards and the other is 2 yards so buyer would need a 3rd fabric to complete a pieced backing. This kit contains the fabrics necessary to complete the Kalamkari Strippy quilt top, binding and PARTIAL backing! Some fabrics may be different from those in the sample picture of the quilt. Please see all photos to see the fabrics included in this listing. The 2 fabrics furthest to the left in the photo are the ones that can be used for the partial backing. This kit does not contain batting, thread, additional fabric to complete a pieced backing, or any other additional accessories or supplies. Finished size is approximately 76" x 84".
