Description: These are new motorcycle rear shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 13.25" which is .25" longer than the original 13" shocks. The .25" additional length is insignificant and has no impact on ride and handling. They have black bodies with dual black springs. The lower spring is wound tighter than the upper spring which provides a progressive resistance. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The grommets and metal bushings are preinstalled for ease of installation. These shocks are ready to install as they are and require no further modification. These are not air shocks but they make excellent replacements for the Nomad and Drifter models. PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS. THE UPPER MOUNTING EYELETS ON THE ORIGINAL SHOCKS ARE WIDER THAN THE LOWER EYELETS. THE WASHERS THAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO ARE PROVIDED AS SPACERS TO USE AS NEEDED TO FILL IN THAT GAP.
