THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RICH PIECE AND WHILE THE PHOTOGRAPHY IS SUB-PAR, THE SPECIMEN IS TOP CLASS! BRIGHT FLUORESCENT SPECIMEN!!! This specimen is an excellent example of an Apatite XLS. (fl. yellow and violet SW & LW) with non-fluorescent Arsenopyrite, Pyrite and Siderite from the Panasqueira Mines, Covilha, Castelo Branco District, Portugal. GREAT example of this species from this locale, with multiple crystals fluorescing brightly! Displays wonderfully. The size of the specimen is 4-1/2" (11.3 cm) by 3" (7.5 cm) by 3" (7.5 cm), a large cabinet sized specimen. Great to add to a competitive display.
