Description: I have for sale a Vintage Kenwood Model TR-2600A 2 Meter FM VHF Ham Amateur Radio Handheld Transceiver not fully tested. Comes with MS-1 Battery eliminator. Does not come with battery wall charger not included...The radio does power up . I only did a basic test Not fully tested on Simplex and some Loocal Repeaters.I only tested with the included MS-1 Battery Eliminator/Charger with DC power. The battery did hold somewhat of a charge while hooked up to the MS-1 and did recall the last frequency when turned on again. The memory back battery may or may need replacing. The radio may need to be reset if power is disconnected from the radio for some time.The Backlit LCD digital display is clear and fully readable.The cosmetic condition is good. There may be some imperfections or scratches,marks and dings overall in clean condition Features include: 144-147.995MHz frequncy coverage with extended receive,10 Channel memories, LCD digital Display and Volume and Squelch controls to name a few.
