I tested this unit, and the system took a second to activate then the sounds came on and the unit went beautifully forward and reverse with chugging sounds in both directions. Set is equipped with a front light. The box states this set is equipped with a DCC decoder, but I have not validated that and tested the unit with a conventional transformer. In the box is literature for a 54670 ESU power pack which appears to be installed in the engine. Neat offering. The box has some shelf wear, tape residue and a split corner.
