Lost tags cost $6.50 and extra tags are available in minimum quantities of 25 plus shipping. These systems are simple to use. If you request a stock number and if it is out to someone, you will know instantly who has the key. If it is in the drawer, the drawer opens and it tells you where it is located. It locates the key just like a game of Battleship (for example: D-13 means it is located in row D, column 13). Essentially, you will always know who has the key, who had the key, when they took it out and when they returned it. Included with the system is a power supply (special power cord) for the drawer and cables for the drawer to the computer. and complete set up This is a very basic system but it works very well. I will also supply documentation for its use. You will not have to supply anything. I'll come to your dealership, set it up and train your key control specialist. Your key control specialist will train your personnel how to use it. Takes less than 2 minutes per user. Since these are used/reconditioned systems they may have minor dings, etc. but all the interiors and working parts are in excellent shape. We also supply an emergency key that we will tape to the back of the drawer. You will need it to open the drawer in event of power outages or system failure. This system does not come with a printer because dot matrix printers are no longer available and the drivers are difficult to find. Reports do run on the screen and important information such as Keys Out is available instantly, whenever you want. Since it is quickly run, that report can be run several times a day so you can keep close watch on who has your keys.Minimum 24 month rental agreement.
