This is from a 24 card set produced by MSA and originally issued in soda 12-packs of RC, Squirt etc. The Beckett Almanac says ".. the cards themselves were glued on the inside of the pack so that it was difficult to remove a card without damaging it." Actually these cards were attached with peel off sticky stuff like that often used for magazine mailing labels. A VERY TOUGH ISSUE as the distribution area seems to have been limited to Wisconsin.
