Description: K'NEX Original Builder's Challenge Big Ball Factory COMPLETE SET 63045, fully disassembled. All pieces have been inspected, cleaned, sorted, counted (and re-counted) and bagged. High quality, clean and complete, you are not going to find a better option for this set! Many pieces are brand new, unused. All used pieces may show minor signs of use but are in very good condition. There may be some minor color variation (especially with white and blue pieces) but we have made sure all parts are in good clean condition. This set includes over 300 of the purple slotted 4-way connectors by default. When this set was redesigned, these pieces were changed to a gray shade. If you would rather have the gray connectors instead of the purple ones shown, please let us know when ordering and we would be happy to switch them out at no extra cost. Includes a green battery powered motor and two new "AA" batteries. This set did not originally include a motor, using only a hand-crank (electric motor was sold separately). When it was re-released years later, they added a green, battery-powered motor to drive the set. We have included that motor with this set (shown in photos). Manual shows some minor wear from handling and use but is clean and complete (photos show a typical example of the manual). Our current offering has the center page pulled loose from the staples (see final photo). This is a fairly common occurrence- everything is there, but a few of the pages are loose. The bonus models Ferris wheel manual is not included. Manuals can also be downloaded in color, high quality pdf format directly from the K'NEX website. Box not included (box photo shown for reference only). Bagged parts will ship in a sturdy plain brown box. We have ensured that all required pieces are included, with extras for nearly every part. Includes 4 half red/half yellow balls (these can be separated to make two solid red and two solid yellow balls if you prefer). This set is the original 1995 Big Ball Factory, model 63045. When the design was refreshed years later they added blue and silver spacers to many of the areas to make it a bit more robust. We have included these spacers as well, although they are not necessary to build the functional model. The newer version of the instructions available from the K'NEX website can be used to see their locations throughout the model, as well as the installation method for the battery-powered motor (instructions for set 52443). The battery motor can also be installed simply in place of the hand crank on the outside of the model as shown in the photos. Buy from us with confidence! I am a lifelong avid K'NEX builder.
