Description: VINTAGE MOVING COIL MICROPHONE CAPSULE LAST FEW THIS IS OUR LAST FEW OF WHAT HAVE BEEN ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR LINES IN RECENT TIMES. These are superb quality vintage microphone inserts, manufactured by Knowles in the early 1980's as their part number 2390 and are identical in every way, physically, sound wise and electrically to the renown Heils HC-3 elements, and in frequency specifications to the HC-5. Sealed units, we disassembled one to have a look inside, outstanding workmanship - obviously hand crafted, looks like they were created by a fine watch maker ! No wonder they couldn't afford to keep manufacturing them. 2 solder pads for connection - be careful not to get them too hot when soldering, they are quite delicate. dimensions are 24mm x 16mm x 8mm deep. Lovely new vintage old stock, not seen the light of day for decades, they came to us from a closed workshop that used to repair equipment on behalf of the UK Armed Forces. PRICED AND SUPPLIED EACH X1
