Items must remain UNWORN for hygiene reasons and in their original condition. Buyer pays the P&P to return the item and then buyer will receive a refund once the item is returned. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If your item has arrived damaged and in need of repair (I do send them in bubble wrapped letters but sometimes accidents do happen) please send me a photo the day you receive it.
