The glass is clean and totally scratch free. From the original Kodak insert: “This lens is designed for the projection of transparencies up to 24 x 36mm. With the aid of this lens, the size of the projected image can be adjusted continuously without the need to move the projector. The front milled ring determines the size of the image and focal length respectively. The back milled ring determines the focusing.”
