Description: HANDMADE KYDEX SHEATH Hand made by me to fit the Myerchin A508 boat knife. This sheath is for the knife and the spike. I molded it using the model with serrations. (Knife and Spike are NOT included) Made from .080 Black Kydex with leather grain texture Includes old style American made DOTS Brand Combat Clip for RH or LH carry on up to 1 3/4" belt. Push button to open, slide button to lock or unlock. 3/4" eyelet spacing would allow you to substitute your own compatible clip. For replacement of the sheath that comes with the knife. You may want to use this sheath in the outdoors and keep the original sheath pristine. Or maybe the dog ate your original sheath.... Pictures are of the sheath you will receive so look carefully. The sheath only fits this particular model. As is normal with Kydex, you may need to gently heat the throat and adjust the fit of the handle as your knife may be more or less worn than the one that I used for a form. NOTE: you are buying one sheath. Knife is NOT included. Please note that belt clips including Tek-Lok, Dots-Lok and G-Clip are all mounted behind the blade and will cause the sheath to ride high. Be sure and take a look at the back of the sheath in the pictures.... NOTE: Kydex is a hard material that is likely to scuff the handle or blade of your knife. It is most commonly used for outdoors carry and is not suitable for a new or collectible knife that you are trying to keep pristine.
