Condition as described, selling as "For Parts - Not Working" because I don't even know how to test this without power cord, probes or a user's manual (or, you know, a clue). From what I understand, this sat on a shelf for a very long time, so I'm sure if it even works, it could use calibration by someone who knows what they're doing.
