For most window treatments that require fullness, the fabric needs to be double your window measurement. The top and bottom hems have finished ends, with loops at the top for easy hanging. Lace does not unravel or fray when cut at the side ends, however, if you decide to sew finish, please add another 2 inches if you have 1/2" side hems or 4 inches if you plan to have 1" side hems.
