Measurements (taken while item is lying flat) are: Waist - 30", Inseam - 31 1/2", Rise - 10". They have a vertical double hook/zipper closure, with an extra button inside for security. They have angled side entry front pockets with three buttons along the outside of each one. The pockets will have to have threads removed to open up for use. There are NO BACK POCKETS, just seams that look like some. They have a wide leg style to them, very dressy for the working gal or for a night out on the town.
