It is a high end White Dot pen, marketed to women. Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, USA - circa 1975 Length 5-3/8" Filling System The fountain pen takes Sheaffer cartridges and can be filled from the bottle using the installed squeeze converter. Nib The fountain pen has a fine 14k fingernail-shaped nib called a "Stylpoint", new old stock and in perfect condition. Color A silver satin-y color with gold detail in the "Tulle" design.
