It keeps them busy to the end and provides meaningful practice. Students use the back of card and the number tiles to build the problems, then they write them on their own paper. You have to make copies of the back of the cards for students to use as their written worksheet. After copying, I cut the copies to match the size of the cards and put them in ziplock bags. I pull a few each week to rotate at one of my math stations, so it never gets boring!
