CD's are shipped by Small Packet airmail (no tracking) outside of Canada. If tracking is desired please inquire prior to purchase. All single CD's are shipped in padded mailers to keep costs as low as possible. All broken plastic jewel cases are replaced prior to shipping. Occasionally they do get cracked as a result of the postal system and this has no bearing on the condition of the CD or inserts. I cannot be responsible for broken jewel cases after they have left my hands. Shipping is generally 1 to 2 weeks within Canada; 2 weeks to the USA and 3 weeks worldwide. Please allow an extra week for delivery before emailing me as parcels can be delayed by individual countries Customs procedures.
