It sat in the offices of Comet Toys and Papasan Toys. We know little about it as to age or origin. It appears to have been made of cast iron but we are not certain. It weighs about 1 pound 3 ounces, and is marked on the underside "ACT, Advanced Computer Technologies 437 Madison Avenue, NY., N.Y.. About 3 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches tall, with a depth of about 2 1/2 inches. Weighs just over a pound and has great patina. Please see the pictures for the details and feel free to ask questions.
