LARGE SIXLING TWIN CERUSSITE CRYSTAL FROM TSUMEB MINE, NAMIBIA

Description: Here is an incredible twinned cerussite specimen from Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. This is a large, thick crystal for this type of formation. The cerussite formed a really nice sixling twin with a rusty red oxide coating. The oxide coating glows nicely when backlit. There is a secondary mineral in a couple of spots, although I’m not sure what it is. Possibly smithsonite. Lots of nice details all around, and nearly fully complete! An amazing, sizable specimen!
