Description: Large vintage turquoise leaf shaped ceramic centerpiece #915 bowl by California Pottery, USA. This lovely Mid-century bowl is a generous 14.5" long and features an intricate leaf shaped design. It has a sturdy handle and three large compartments to use as a serving dish if you wish. The piece is glazed in a beautiful light turquoise (retro teal) color with 22K gold edging and all-over stippling. The double glaze technique makes it appear to sparkle! It is lovely enough to be used as a centerpiece bowl and it is sturdy enough to be used for serving your favorite entertainment snacks in style! This is truly a MCM gem!The bowl is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The back has two small areas where the glaze has been scuffed off from normal usage.
