It is a loose powder compact, the screen is in good condition, but there is no puff. It measures 4" in diameter. The mirror has some fog to it and silver loss, but you can see clearly. We present this piece exactly as it was when acquired. No attempts have been made to clean this item. This will make a great addition to any collection!
