Just one tine for one disc in both Season one and season three were not attached and the disc was loose in each case. Both times it was lower left disc. This was likely a problem from the manufacturer as there is no damage to the slipcase or jewel cases. Discs were not affected. I placed a cut to fit piece of foam padding in each of those two cases to ensure the one loose disc in each case does not move. If you have four disc cases, you could even replace the two mentioned and have an essentially like new set. They are functional as is though.
