This CD booklet is signed/autographed by Rik on the cover. The autograph is in black marker and the signature is in excellent condition. The CD is included along with the signed CD booklet! The actual signed item, being offered, is shown in the scan. Shipping is $4.50 in the contiguous U.S. All others pay actual shipping. Payment Terms are: Visa and Master Card through eBay pay service.
