Description: DATING TO THE LATE 1930’S FASHIONED OF A NAVY BLUE CREPE FABRIC WITH WHIMSICAL FEATHER TIPPED BOW BROCADE PATTERN RUNNING THROUGHOUT. THE TOP IS IN A LOW CROSS OVER WITH SLEEVES FALLING ALONG HAVING A BAND CUFF THAT SNAPS CLOSED. REAR BACK WAISTLINE IS GATHERED. BOTTOM HEM ON THE INTERIOR EDGE IS ROUND IN A BLACK BIAS TAPE. NO CLOSURES AT THE SIDE CONDITION: THERE IS A SMALL GROUPING OF REPAIRS ON THE SIDE WAIST, NOTE THE CLOSE UP PICTURE AT THE END. THE RUCHED GATHERING HAS PARTIALLY COME UNDONE ON THE REAR AND COULD BE REPAIRED IF DESIRED, EASILY DONE. THREE PIN POINT STAINS ON THE INNER HEM ARE UNSEEN FROM THE EXTERIOR. I PERSONALLY WOULD RECOMMEND HAVING THIS DRESS DRY CLEANED AS IT HAS BEEN IN ESTATE STORAGE FOR MANY YEARS.
