As can be seen in images, upon close inspection the cosmetic condition of both tools are rather minty indeed. All fold-out tools snapback tightly. knife and scissors are sharp. I’d give both an overall condition about a 4.8/5. The stainless version has a stamped date code (0308) and I’ve included it in the pictures.
