This note is heavily circulated, damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (many tears exist and many of those are large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); many scattered holes/inner tears and some are larger; pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
