Welding is not necessary with this design. The tabs are corrosion-resistant 12-gauge 304 stainless steel and come in three finishes: normal, mirror, and black powder-coated. Key Features: 12-gauge 304 stainless steel is strong and corrosion-resistant. The continuous rolled and pinned hinge adds strength while removing the need for welding. Standard chord lengths are 9" (23cm) and 12" (30cm), with widths ranging from 9" (23cm) to 48" (122cm) (122cm) Custom lengths and widths of chords are also available. There are two actuator mounting options. Available with black powder-coated or mirror finishes. Zinc anodes improve galvanic corrosion resistance. For tabs wider than 24", a bent trailing edge is required. The actuator is mounted to the tab by carriage bolts and nuts.
