He is wearing a diaper and the outfit he is pictured in; socks only, no shoes. His clothes appear to be handmade and are of good quality. Included is also a paper pamphlet, the little bible and a wrist tag. *No COA included*. He will also come with a Lee Middleton box, HOWEVER, it is not his original box!
