All models parts are inventoried and assembled per the official Lego building instructions per each set MINUS extra pieces. Once a model has been sold, it is disassembled, the set inventory is counted again, minus extra pieces, photographed, packed and then shipped. All parts needed to fully complete the build will be included minus extra pieces. Typically, If a part or sticker is missing, it will be noted in the item description. If a piece that should be included has entered into the void that consumes car keys, left socks, vessels of the Imperium and other items, please send the item number listed in the official Lego inventory for the set, the quantity missing and the claim will be reviewed. REVIEW PROCESS: The pre-shipping photographs of the set will be reviewed, if the piece isnt in the photos AND wasnt listed as NOT INCLUDED, then a replacement will be promptly located and shipped free of charge. Some pieces are harder to find than others so please allow up to two weeks for the location and shipping of the replacement piece. If the piece was located in the pre shipping photographs, then it can only be assumed that the missing piece was stolen by hobgoblins, gremlins. In this instance a replacement piece cannot be expected and may or may not be replaced by the seller. SHIPPING PACKAGING: Boxes and packing materials will be used and reused, as many times as possible so as to get the most out of the materials before they hit the landfill or recycling centers. Therefore, any box that is suitable for shipping and provides the normal amount of protection will be used. The "look and feel" of the packaging is irrelevant as long as it does it's job, so be prepared for an ugly boxes.
