There are only two pieces that have problems. 1. A tiny crack in yellow cup. 2. One from four red doors has broken ends. Please see photos for details. I built this set according to the instructions to ensure that all parts are included. Special pieces, such as rubber and thin plastic, are specially packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
