Box/Instructions- Box is included but in poor condition as shown, instruction booklet #1 is in rough shape and missing some pages, instruction booklet #2 is complete and in good shape. 10190 Market Street: Set- mostly complete with minifigures the believed missing parts are shown in photos. 2 1x1 light blue bricks and the white flag and flagpole pieces are missing as well. Not sure if anything else is missing some tan pieces might be missing or built incorrectly for the market side as shown in photos. Blonde hair piece for one of the minifigures Is missing as well. Box/Instructions- box is included but in poor condition as per photos, instruction booklets are NOT included. 10270 BookShop: Set- 100% complete with all minifigures. Original opened bags and the extra parts from the set are included. Box/Instructions- box and both instruction booklets are included and both the box and booklets are in great shape. 10255 Assembly Square: Brand New In Sealed Box/ box itself is in great shape.
