It consists of a total of 6 plastic bags numbered 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. The dragon wing sheet and sticker pieces are included. Bags numbered 4, 6, 7, and 9 have been opened once & closed to remove mini-figure parts, while bags 5 and 8 are in still a factory-sealed. An instruction book is included, and you can start following it from page 54 (Bag #4). As you can see in the pictures, the Elemental Dragon itself looks very nice.
