I rate it cosmetically a (9+). The aperture ring is smooth, but the focus ring is a bit stiff and makes some slight noise. The aperture functions properly and the glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. This lens includes a leather Leica lens case, front & rear caps, and the original box.
