It is in unused condition, however it has a small paint chip around battery holder (please see the 6th, 7th & 14th pics). It comes in its original box with a port cap (please see the 2nd pic). Please note that for some reason battery contacts on battery holder are slightly discolored, one of the Styrofoam insert has small chipped area and box has worn areas/sticker on it.
