It is even decorated for the holidays with plastic (resin?) Christmas lights along the front roof line. The Christmas lights appear to light up themselves when the house is illuminated. No chips or cracks on the porcelain house. The box and foam packaging are damaged. It does include the light bulb with an attached plug and an inline on/off switch.
