You are purchasing the disc and all associated artwork such as the booklet and tray card; the case is provided as a convenience at no charge to help protect the disc and artwork; the case has no value as part of this transaction. If the disc is still playable, I am not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping to any part of the case. Purchasing this item acts as your acknowledgement and acceptance of the above and agreement that there will be no returns nor refunds due to shipping damage to any part of the case. After eBay fees, shipping, and shipping supplies, there’s not a lot of margin left in selling discs so I ask buyers to accept some risk given the amount of handling a package endures during shipping.
