Description: Here we have a lot of 4 pieces of vintage Lenox porcelain dinnerware in the Chanson pattern, featuring a stylized mid-century blue floral print with brown stems, platinum trim, and a swirled border. We have lots of vintage Lenox in our store, to which we add new inventory daily, and we're usually able to combine shipping at actual cost. Included in this lot are one of each of the following: Salad Plate (7.75" diameter)Fruit/Dessert/Berry/Sauce Bowl (5.5" diameter)Cup (2 1/8" tall x 4 1/8" diameter)Saucer (6" diameter)Vintage: this pattern was in production from 1959 to 1978 Condition: Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully. We often add graphics such as arrows, circles, and text boxes to our photos to point out things of interest that might be hard to see, such as a price tag or maker's mark, as well as to highlight many condition flaws. Very clean and fresh pieces in overall excellent vintage condition, with no chips or cracks, and no stains, silver/gray utensil marks or crazing. The plate has some scattered, very light, completely colorless, scratches to the glaze -- the kind that are visible only when you hold the piece up at just the right angle to direct, bright light. The other pieces might have some of these as well, although we didn't find any. Please see photos for details. We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report.
