Description: Linn Klout Power Amplifier, serviced, excellent condition from Krescendo HiFi Click images to enlarge Description Here is a great opportunity to buy an awesome Linn Klout stereo power amplifier that has had a full recap service and is in excellent condition with only the very slightest of marks on the top and front of the case. The Linn Klout is one of the very best amplifiers to be produced by Linn and widely used in top flight Linn systems. It can easily drive most speakers and can be simply switched (button underneath) to operate using most of the world’s mains voltages. It is very very sturdily built and is deceptively heavy. The front panel, heat sinks at the sides and the rear panel are all ONE piece of thick metal. We have just serviced this Klout. This involved replacing all the electrolytic capacitors on the amplifier circuit boards with new ones of the same ratings. These particular capacitors have been found to age. Replacing them improves the sound quality of the amplifier and reduces the running temperature. This work was done by a fully degree qualified Electronics Engineer. The condition of the Klout is excellent. There are the slightest of fine scratches on the front face which can only be seen if the face is tilted in a certain way to the light. Thre are also some very slight rub marks on the top panel of the case. Please see the pictures for the condition which give a fair view of the Klout in normal light conditions. We do have more Klouts available which are awaiting sevice should you require more than one - please let us know. We will ship very carefully in a custom made double walled box with Stratocell sheets all round for superb protection. It will be fully insured anyway.
