Description: Lionel #8625 2-4-0 Steam Locomotive Powered, Atlantic Coast Line O27 Train Set __________________________________________________ This is a used Lionel #8625 2-4-0 steam locomotive powered, Atlantic Coast Line, complete O / O27 4 unit freight train set. It is a complete train set and is in excellent operating condition. The track and transformer are also in excellent operating condition. Included in this sale are the following: 1 - Lionel #8625 2-4-0 locomotive, with a powerful DC motor with working headlight and lensand decorative bell. It runs in forward and reverse directions controlled from the transformer. The 8625 was built from 1986 to 1990. 1 - Lionel Lines Atlantic Coast Line 8 wheel slope back tender. 1 - Lionel #CR9001 8 wheel Conrail boxcar. This CR9001 was built in January of 1986 1 - Lionel #9341 Atlantic Coast Line 8 wheel SP style caboose. 1 - Lionel #4550 18 volt DC hobby transformer with a speed control, a direction control, a 110 volt power cord, 2 conductor track power cable and a track power connector for connection to the track. 8 - Lionel brown tie O27 gauge curved track sections.4 - Lionel brown tie O27 gauge straight track sections.. 1 - Standard operating instruction booklet 1 - Track polishing pad I completely assembled the set and tested everything. This train is in excellent condition and it runs perfectly. The locomotive, tender, boxcar and caboose all have scuffs, paint rubs and quite a bit of dust, there is some light rust on some of the metal parts but I don't see any damage. The track does have some light rust and tarnish. I lightly cleaned them, made sure each track has 3 pins and the train runs nicely on these tracks. I am including a track polishing pad to maintain the tracks in good operating condition, I do not have any original manuals for this set, the instruction booklet I am including gives basic tips and suggestions for operation. Overall, this is a nice, basic, easy to operate train set and is ready to set up and play with. Shipping charge will be the actual cost to your zip code.
