Description: LIONEL #TYPE R 110-WATT TRANSFORMER-RECONDITIONED-NEW CORD-CLEANED-SERVICED-TESTED-LIKE NEW PLUS PLUS OPERATING CONDITION LIONEL ONE #Type R Transformer 110 Watts, Runs Two Trains, made from 1946-1947 has been completely disassembled, cleaned in and out, serviced, reconditioned, and tested, with no chips, cracks, breaks, or rust. Baseplate and Shell have been Repainted, as shown in pictures, is in Like New Plus Plus Operating Condition. This transformer has been completely disassembled, Top Bearing Plate Assembly Removed, so contacts and coil assembly could be cleaned and inspected. I aligned all the laminations correctly, which Lionel didn't always do at the factory, so you have a low hum or a no hum transformer. The Two circuit breakers were checked and working, all wiring re-soldered and checked. The binding posts have been cleaned, has Six New binding post nuts. It has two Original Black Knobs. I installed a New power cord, with L on plug. The Original Face plate is in Excellent Condition, with lite wear, plus I installed larger Red and Green Jewel Caps with two new light bulbs, as shown in pictures. A copy of the Original Instruction Sheet is included. The Transformer pictures in this listing, show the actual transformer you will receive. Use A-C & A-F terminals for hookup for full voltage for two trains. THE LAST ONE. The shipping weight will be 7 Pounds. The voltage output at full throttle: A-C 25.08 Volts. A-F 25.07 Volts.
