Description: Listed Contemporary, Navajo, Native American, Indigenous Art Sculptor, Robert Dale Tsosie (b. 1960) Signed, this Stunning Carved Stone Sculpture of a figure, a woman, with a feathered relief cowl or blanket. We believe the sculpture is composed of a dark green granite, with wonderful veining. It stands on a wood base, 3/4" Tall and 4 1/4" in Diameter. It is signed along the bottom, on the reverse side (R.D. Tsosie). There do not appear to be any blemishes and is in Very Good Vintage condition, ca. 1990's - 2000's. Statue measures approx. 8" Tall (including base), 5" Wide & 3" Deep.Statue weighs 5 lbs., 8 oz.Please carefully examine all images for condition. Check out other frame & artwork auctions.
