Description: An interesting 1970s lithograph from Dutch Avant Garde artist, Corneille (1922-2010). The work is titled "Femme, Oiseau et Fleur Exotique" and it was produced in Paris in 1975. Good sized piece, it measures 25 7/8 x 20 inches and is mounted at the upper corners to a green backboard that measures 28 x 22 inches. It is printed on cream colored wove paper and is signed in the plate, dated and blindstamped by the publisher. Some age toning visible on reverse, otherwise a fine example in excellent original condition. The reverse bears a colophon label that indicates this is lithograph 429/3200 from the limited edition published by Edition Euro Art with the stamped signature by Corneille and blindstamp of Edition Euro Art. It was printed by M. Casse, Paris. The catalog raisonné reference is Donkersloot-Van den Berghe 449.
