The animals in the barn share the Christmas Story starting with one small hen, two white doves who tell of three wise men, four brown horses, five gray donkeys, six spotted calves, seven goats, eight kittens, nine woolly sheep, 10 soft lambs, 11 puppies & 12 chimes. All have a part in sharing the story. As you can see this could be used as a counting book as well. Marks: No name, tape or writing on pages or covers; however, title page has a very light discolor mark at side edge & tiny dark spots, photo 3 right page has a light tan mark at bottom near binding, photo 4 shows both pages have a tan mark near binding & last three pages have a very noticeable brown mark at bottom edge as does inside back cover (photos 9 & 10). Tears: All to bottom page edges, a 1/16", 3/16" & a 1/4". Corners: Page have slight bends + a tiny fold to a top & bottom tip. Cover tips are slightly soft with paper cover loss on both front showing white & a tiny paper cover loss on both back showing the board + inside front top tip has paper cover loss showing the board. Binding: Tight, foil has color loss to black design, very small foil loss at top & bottom, front & back edges, a tiny loss on front spine edge & two on the back edge otherwise attached; spine corners have 1/8" foil loss with same to spine edge corners. Cover: Front has some color loss especially to top & bottom edges, small spots of paper cover loss to board edges showing white. Back has very light gray smudges & a 5/8" paper cover separation at top edge in groove where book bends. This seller accepts PayPal. A Media Mail shipping fee of $4.63 will be charged for this book.
