Refund or replacement is only given if picture proof of the dead fish IN the bag is sent. If fish is out of bag, Refund will not be given. Please be aware shipping cost is not refundable. Some fish are prohibited to own or possess in some states. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of their state regulations and laws. Please make sure to review your state laws before ordering any fish. We ship from Monday- Thursday.
