Seems to be functional but may need some work as this is a surplus item we received and we don't know much about it. One box contains 18 pieces measuring 400mm x 25.4mm x 10mm. The second box contains 24 pieces measuring 400mm x 25.4mm x 8.0mm. Both boxes appear to be unused.
