LLADRO4649 MADONNA HEAD BUST FIGURINE OF BLESSED VIRGIN MARY WITH 3 SMALL CRACKS

Up for auction is an absolutely gorgeous LLADRO # 4649 OF THE MADONNA HEAD BUST FIGURINE OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY WITH 3 SMALL CRACKS. I believe the this statue was made in the 1980s, but I'm not too sure. The head and shoulders and back of the statue are all perfect. Unfortunately, it has 3 small cracks stemming from its base as can be seen in the last 5 photographs. The crack seems to emulate from the base at the front of the middle of her dress, and then goes under the hand to her blouse on the left side. Also, the index finger and the end of the third finger are also cracked not loose at all, probably from coming underneath. The statue was so beautiful that I really didn't want to discard it, so if anyone wants to own a really expensive Lladro for a lot less than perfect, this is your chance. From afar it is really impressive. It measures 8 3/4 inches tall, and the base measures 3 1/2 Inches by 5 1/2 Inches. It has the Lladro mark on its bottom, and weighs almost 2 pounds. As you can see, it is beautifully sculptured depiction of the Madonna with really gorgeous detailing in fine porcelain and richly finished in flesh tones with blues and whites abounding. She is truly beautiful and was purchased from an old estate sale on Long Island. Besides the small cracks already described above, I don't see any chips, fleabites, cracks, stains, scratches, or repairs anywhere. It comes from a smoke-free home. I only accept PayPal, and never charge extra for packaging and handling.
